Measurement principle
The electric current between the two electrodes helps to measure the change in impedance based on the moisture content in the material. The device immediately converts the moisture content measurement into a percentage. The device provides a clear indication of the moisture content in the wood as a percentage of H2O between 6% and 100%. In other building materials, the device calculates the equivalent moisture content in the wood.
