After the product has been shipped, the following applies.

Exchange/Return Policy:

• You have the right to return or exchange all or part of your order within 14 days from the date you receive it.
• Products will only be accepted for return if:
• They have been purchased from the Online Store
• The products you want to return must be in perfect condition, in a closed package in their original form.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product is under warranty due to a manufacturing defect.
• Exchanges/Returns are not accepted on promotional products except change in number and only based on availability.
