Description
K1 component (cleaning foam) is a specially developed high-performance cleaning component for dissolving operational deposits throughout the combustion chamber of an engine. The product removes granulation residues in the cylinder head area, in particular on the valves, the bottom of the piston, the fire rod and the area of the first piston ring. Also cleans intake and exhaust valve seats (if open). Debris in the EGR valve, turbocharger and intake tract (intake pipe to intake valves) is also reliably removed.
Carbon X does not damage seals and is compatible with all engine components.
Component K2 (neutralizer) causes a chemical reaction through which the previously introduced cleaning foam (K1) is liquefied and dissolved deposits are bound. The Carbon X absorber (item no. 34142) is then used to safely remove the resulting emulsion and dissolved deposits from the combustion chamber. Since K2 has highly effective lubricant components (extreme pressure additives) with extremely high consistency, Carbon X protects the engine from increased friction during the starting process and thus protects mechanical components from wear. In addition, the seals are effectively protected.
Scope
Gasoline and diesel engines
Instructions for use
Combustion chamber:
Disassemble the spark plug or spray nozzle and insert the sensor into the combustion chamber through the resulting opening. Then spray K1. The product expands and expands within the inlet and outlet channels (if open). As soon as foam leaks into the access opening, stop spraying and let it work for about 15-20 minutes. To avoid overdosing on K1, we recommend spraying the cleaning foam max. 5 seconds per combustion chamber.
After applying K1, insert the probe of K2 through the same access opening, spray K2 generously and let it work until the cleaner dissolves (about 4-5 minutes). Spray several times if necessary. Aspirate the resulting emulsion using the Carbon X aspirator (item no. 34142). Repeat in case of intense infection process.
After the cleaning process is completed and before installing the disassembled parts (spark plug or injection nozzle), the engine should be turned 2-3 times for about 10 seconds via the LEER starter in order to remove any remaining amounts. We recommend that the openings (spark plug or spray nozzle) be covered with plaster of paris paper, which absorbs the remaining amounts and prevents contamination of the engine compartment.
An existing or optionally available endoscopic camera (item no. 34141) can be used to check the cleaning effect.
For an optimal cleaning result, we recommend additional cleaning of the intake tract (Triple X Plus – Item No. 33648) to remove the last impurities.
AGR, turbocharger and intake pipe:
The application can be performed in an assembled and disassembled state. This depends on accessibility.
Remove the intake and outlets from the AGR valve or turbocharger or open the intake passage between the air cleaner box and the throttle valve. Spray K1 cleaning ingredient all over. Once foam comes out of all access openings, stop spraying and let it work for about 15-20 minutes.
Then dissolve the cleansing foam using K2. To do this, flush the EGR valve, turbocharger or intake line with component K2 several times.
After installing the components,
