Diamond cutting discs become dull at excessively high rotational speeds and wear out very quickly if their peripheral speed is insufficient
If cutting becomes difficult (this is indicated by the production of many sparks), resharpen the disc with several cuts on an abrasive material, e.g. sandstone
Make several cuts on workpieces with a large cross-section (cutting alternately from two sides)
Work without applying pressure, as the weight of the machine is sufficient. Increased pressure causes increased wear.
Diamond cutting discs are designed for straight cutting. Curved cutting deforms the blade and results in cracks and detachment of parts, with a risk of injury!
Despite the level of safety provided by the tool, you should always wear safety glasses and clothing when working
You must observe the information on the label (max. rotation speed), the usage restrictions and the safety instructions
The direction arrow on the disc must match the direction of rotation of the machine
It must not be used for side grinding
Use a suitable protective guard
The clamping must only be carried out by a trained technician (do not use force, use clean clamping flanges of the same size, perform a test run)
If the grinding tools are connected or used incorrectly or if they are damaged, they are a danger and can cause serious injury
