Notice
When using the grinding tip, you must wear appropriate protective equipment, such as eye protection, hearing protection and protective gloves. Please note the recommended speed (n) and cutting speed (VC) for the material being machined as well as the tool/material assignments in the overview tables. Before using the grinding tip, make sure that the tip rotates correctly and that the clamping function on the tool guide is working properly. Do not select a clamping length that is too short. We recommend that the minimum clamping length is approximately 2/3 of the shaft length. Discoloration of the shaft may occur due to the high cutting performance. This discoloration is caused by the extremely high temperature reached by the tool and does not pose a safety hazard. In general, materials are processed in reverse rotation. Suitable drive tools: flexible drive shafts, straight grinders, robots, machine tools.
